Cleveland Sewer Drain and Plumbing

Chuck was fantastic!! I completely recommend them!! Called on an ongoing sewer drain clog issue and they were able to come out the same day and hydro jetted and used their camera. Cane back the next day to finish the work in my basement. Chuck and his partner were on time, communicated everything they were doing, had me watch the camera with him and everything looks fantastic! Reasonable pricing too!! Very kind, funny and professional! I'll definitely be using them again!

I was scheduled for someone to come out and look at a drain that was backing up, leaving water coming into our basement. I spoke with James on the phone and was given a time of 8am-12pm for August 21st. I also received a text message confirming that appointment and that James would be coming out. 12pm rolls around and no one showed up, no one called, nothing. I called at 12 and left a message. I understand things happen, but you should at least have the courtesy to call your customer and let them know. Well, here we are 48 hours later and they couldn’t even have the decency to call me back. I took a morning off of work just to sit around for nothing. So unprofessional.

I debated on whether or not to leave this review. I’ve never left a bad review because I understand things happen, but this experience was really disappointing and left me extremely inconvenienced. I called Cle sewer drain and plumbing 4 business days ahead to come out and do plumbing on a new kitchen sink and faucet. I was told the technician would arrive on a Friday between 12-4. Took a half day off of work and waited. No one showed up. I called the number listed on here and was told that the tech “forgot to call me” and let me know that he had a plumbing emergency. I was frustrated but ok… things happen. He told me to text him pictures of exactly what needed done so that he could quote me. I explicitly informed him of the work that needed done beforehand, but whatever- sent the pictures immediately. I never received a text back. I then sent a follow up text the next morning reminding him to take a look please- as I was unable to use my kitchen sink/faucet and urgently needed to know if I should make other plans or if he was able to do the work. Once again, no response. I texted back the next day telling him never mind and to take care. This was so highly unprofessional and frustrating on several levels. If the tech had simply called or texted back, I wouldn’t have left this review and would have given him the benefit of the doubt. The review right before this had the same situation, so I wanted to let any future customers prepare to face this as well.

This was the second time I’ve used Cleveland Sewer Drain & Plumbing, and this time the job was more complex. I had no heat or hot water. Could not wash dishes, use my stove to cook, or laundry. Chuck came back 3 times within a 24 hour period to finish the job and to be sure I was up and running. He’s a good human who cares about people and that meant a lot to me, and I am grateful for his expertise and services. I highly recommend Chuck and his crew.

They responded quickly for a hot water tank thermostat repair. I would highly recommend them for any future plumbing work.

Chuck was promptly on time & friendly. He had a little helper friend ( my son ) watching and he let him help with a few screws being removed and replaced.
